Job summary

Siemens PMO is seeking a Customer Services Project Manager to lead data center projects from initiation to closeout. Based remotely from Wendell, NC, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in service project sectors, strong communication, and experience with datacenter construction and MS Project. PMP certification is preferred and encouraged within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years experience in service project sectors (field service, EPC, construction, energy, manufacturing).
• 5+ years of written and verbal communication skills to present complex issues to multi-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, quality, and performance objectives are met.
• Communicate updates to team members, stakeholders, and management; manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project resources, including engineering, field personnel, vendors, and 3rd-party services.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor vendor performance for contract adherence.
• Track budget, schedule completion, and perform monthly revenue forecasting.
• Review contracts, manage change orders, and participate in vendor negotiations.
• Develop project execution plans, including quality and testing plans; implement recovery plans for performance issues.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams and clients to develop site schedules and maintain client relationships.
