Job summary

Saulsbury Industries seeks a BIM Coordinator – Mission Critical to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and support digital project delivery for complex facilities in Odessa, TX or Houston, TX. You will manage model federation, clash detection, and coordination with engineering, construction leadership, and trade partners.

The role requires hands-on Revit experience, familiarity with BIM 360/Navisworks, and ability to maintain standards, safety, and schedule certainty in fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, virtual design and construction, drafting/design technology, or a related field.
• Primary base location in Odessa, TX or Houston, TX.
• Minimum of 3 years BIM, VDC, CAD, design coordination, or construction coordination experience in data centers, mission critical facilities, or complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit in professional projects.
• Experience with model federation, linked models, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and issue tracking workflows.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks Manage, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of mission critical systems and ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support project BIM execution strategy, model coordination requirements, deliverable expectations, and success criteria.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Manage model federation, linked models, naming conventions, view/sheet setup, and model health.
• Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and constructability checks; review and track action items.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and support development of BIM Execution Plans and workflows.
• Support field coordination, RFIs, submittals, and turnover documentation; ensure alignment with standards.
