Job summary

LeadStack Inc. seeks a Performance Coordinator for Data Center Projects. This remote role (SF ideal) will coordinate asset management tasks across multiple contracts, ensuring funds flow correctly and contractor incentives align with schedule.

You will own the analysis of spend, payments, and damages, and collaborate with negotiators and site teams to optimize funding decisions while managing 2–5 projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management for real estate or data centers.
• 2–5 years of experience; junior, high-initiative.
• Strong Slack usage and familiarity with Co-Star.

Responsibilities

• Map funds flow from company through developer and landlord to contractors; confirm money lands where intended.
• Read liquidated damages, bonuses, and payment terms to understand incentives and flag issues.
• Build a simple contractor performance scorecard tied to each funding tranche.
• Compare spend types and sites; recommend what to fund more, change or stop.
