Hite Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to support FEMA programs and national grant initiatives. The role focuses on turning complex datasets into actionable insights and building BI solutions for program leadership.

The position offers remote work flexibility with a preference for candidates in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, reporting to the Hite Program Manager. Requires 6+ years and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 6+ years of professional experience; advanced degree may qualify with 4+ years.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data manipulation and analytical reporting.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and processing structured datasets.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or comparable BI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze federal grants and operational data to identify trends and generate insights for program leadership.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Establish and maintain performance measures related to grants, awards, finances, timelines, and workload.
• Collaborate with federal program personnel to improve data analysis and reporting.
• Validate, reconcile, and organize data from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Prepare annual program reporting and communicate findings to leadership.
