STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Data Architect for a 12+ months contract (remote) to lead Test Data Management, data masking, and platform integrity in regulated environments. The role focuses on designing and operating production-scale test data solutions with emphasis on security, compliance, and cost efficiency, particularly in healthcare data contexts.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
Hands-on experience with Test Data Management and data masking.
Experience in large-scale regulated healthcare environments with PHI/PII.
Ability to design production-scale test data solutions while ensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale Test Data Management solutions.
Own production-scale test data processes including subsetting, generation, masking, and refresh strategies.
Maintain referential integrity across applications, platforms, and data sources.
Develop and maintain certified masking solutions for PHI and PII data.
Plan test data refresh schedules based on business demand and environment capacity.
Optimize storage and compute across non-production environments.
Collaborate with engineering, testing, architecture, security, and platform teams.
