Job summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a senior Data Architect for a 12+ month contract, remote location. You will lead data architecture efforts focusing on Data Access, AI & Data Processes, and PBM healthcare data capabilities.

You will define data requirements for enterprise applications, design scalable models, and govern data across multiple teams. Collaboration with engineering, product, and AI teams is essential to drive reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data architecture, enterprise data management, or related disciplines.
• Expert-level understanding of data access strategies and enterprise data architecture principles.
• Strong experience with data modeling, storage architecture, data integration, and scalable data solutions.
• Experience developing enterprise data strategies and governance practices.
• Proven ability to solve complex data architecture challenges spanning multiple teams and platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Prior experience within the healthcare industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise application data requirements, structures, and architectural standards.
• Design and develop scalable data models aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Architect data storage, access, and integration solutions to support efficient and reliable data management.
• Establish and enhance AI and data processes, strategies, and taxonomy frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, AI, and business teams to ensure seamless data integration and consistency across platforms.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend new data technologies, platforms, and methodologies to improve enterprise data capabilities.
• Establish and promote data governance, security, quality, and architecture best practices.
• Analyze complex data challenges and develop innovative, scalable solutions that support long-term organizational objectives.
• Support data architecture initiatives within Healthcare and PBM environments.
• Contribute to key architectural and technical decisions while taking ownership of solution recommendations.
