Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Data Architect for a 100% remote role with a preference for Eastern Time hours. You will design and govern advanced data platforms and lead cloud migrations to modernize health data systems while collaborating with diverse technical and clinical teams.

In this role, expect collaboration across stakeholders, robust data modeling, and a focus on interoperability standards to support electronic quality measures and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience as a Data Architect.
• Hands-on Azure and Databricks experience for cloud migrations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Kick off daily huddle at 9:30 AM ET with clinical experts and stakeholders.
• Design and build cloud data architectures and migrate data using Azure/Databricks.
• Troubleshoot with limited documentation to map target-state solutions.
• Develop data models and integration patterns for interoperability standards.
• Present architecture progress and recommendations to leadership clearly.
