Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale Test Data Management solutions.
• Own production-scale test data processes including subsetting, generation, masking, and refresh strategies.
• Maintain referential integrity across applications, platforms, and data sources.
• Develop and maintain certified masking solutions for PHI and PII data.
• Plan test data refresh schedules based on business demand and environment capacity.
• Optimize storage and compute across non-production environments.

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Data Architect on behalf of our client in a Remote location. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Test Data Management, Data Masking, Data Storage, and Platform Integrity within large-scale, regulated environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and managing production-scale test data solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Healthcare industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale Test Data Management (TDM) solutions.
• Own production-scale test data processes, including data subsetting, generation, masking, and refresh strategies.
• Maintain referential integrity across multiple applications, platforms, and data sources.
• Develop and maintain certified masking solutions for sensitive PHI and PII data.
• Establish consistent masking standards and definitions for production-scale test data.
• Plan and manage test data refresh schedules based on business demand and environment capacity.
• Optimize storage and compute utilization across lower and non-production environments.
• Balance realistic production-like data volumes with performance, cost, security, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with engineering, testing, architecture, security, and platform teams to support enterprise data initiatives.
• Maintain platform integrity while supporting test data requirements across complex, regulated environments.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, test data management, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Data Masking
• Platform Integrity
• Demonstrated experience building or managing test data capabilities within a large-scale regulated enterprise environment.
• Experience handling and protecting sensitive data, including PHI and PII.
• Strong understanding of data subsetting, synthetic/test data generation, referential integrity, and data refresh strategies.
• Experience optimizing data storage and compute requirements across non-production environments.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.

• Experience with cloud-based testing solutions and environments.
• Advanced experience with enterprise data masking strategies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data storage solutions and techniques.
• Experience supporting platform integrity, governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
