Job summary

3Cloud, LLC is seeking a Data Architect to join the Managed Services team, focusing on ongoing development, support, and proactive maintenance of client Azure Data Platform solutions. You will contribute to governance, design, and deployment of data pipelines and BI solutions across industries.

You will mentor teammates, engage with clients on licensing and architectural decisions, and help build scalable Databricks Lakehouse architectures.

Qualifications

Experience in a support role following ITIL-like processes.
Experience with data and BI solutions on Microsoft stack (ADF, SQL DW, Synapse, Databricks, Power BI).
Strong verbal and written communication; problem solving in fast-paced environments.
Ability to collaborate across delivery and managed services teams.

Responsibilities

Lead support of client’s Azure Data platform and Power BI environment, handling escalations and incidents.
Consult, develop, and advise on solutions in Microsoft Azure with Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure ML, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Power BI.
Mentor junior team members and provide feedback on performance and work quality.
Design and deploy data pipelines, models, and AI-driven solutions for clients.
Create and maintain documentation for client environments and promote best practices.
