Launchpad, a people-first technology company, seeks a senior Data Architect to lead the design and governance of our data architecture. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, develop scalable models, and ensure secure, compliant data solutions across platforms.

You will oversee data migration strategies and evaluate database technologies while staying current with industry best practices. This remote role supports teams across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar senior data role.
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles and practices.
• Proficiency in database design, data modeling, and data integration.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the organization's data architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Develop and implement data models, database designs, and data migration strategies.
• Define and enforce data standards, best practices, and governance policies.
