Job summary

StaffXpert LLC is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect for a remote 12+ months contract with potential extension. We are looking for a senior architect with deep expertise in Solution Architecture, Agentic Design, AI Workflow Design, PBM, and Product Design.

The ideal candidate will translate complex business capabilities into cohesive, scalable designs and provide architectural leadership across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with the enterprise platform and product strategy, including

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture across multiple teams.
• Experience defining agentic AI capabilities and AI-driven workflows.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of customer-facing and business-facing enterprise solutions.
• Translate business capabilities and requirements into scalable, implementation-ready designs.
• Define and guide agentic AI capabilities and AI-driven workflow designs.
• Provide architectural direction for solution, agentic, UI, and workflow teams.
• Ensure designs align with enterprise platforms, architectural standards, and product objectives.
• Partner with product engineering to ensure designs are practical and scalable for implementation.
• Maintain architectural consistency across multiple teams working on interconnected solutions.
• Develop architecture artifacts and design guidance for engineering teams.
