What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, and furnish statistical analyses and reports related to the Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP)
2. Establish procedures for accurate and efficient data collection and entry into relevant databases
3. Input and monitor data collection and reporting functions to support FFSP operations
4. Provide website development, maintenance, and technical support for FFSP software applications
5. Deliver training to staff on software applications and ensure classroom functionality

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of two years of experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting
3. Minimum of two years of experience in database management and IT support
4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Knowledge of the FFSMIS system
2. Experience providing analytic information and recommendations to leadership
