Job summary

Coty is seeking a highly technical, hands-on Manager to build and maintain the data, reporting, and automation capabilities supporting the US Prestige Beauty business across fragrance, makeup, and skincare. This role will integrate market, retailer, e‑commerce, consumer, and internal commercial datasets into reliable reporting tools and automated workflows that support CMI and business decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on BI development and reporting automation with accountable deployed solutions.
• Advanced Python proficiency with pandas, validation and automated execution.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Advanced Power BI development including DAX, Power Query and data modeling.
• Experience building ETL workflows and integrating large datasets from files, DBs, APIs.
• Excel and Power Query skills to automate spreadsheet workflows.
• Git or equivalent version control, with documentation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own BI reporting for US Prestige across datasets and frameworks.
• Write Python scripts to ingest, clean, validate and export data; automate reports.
• Build Power BI models, dashboards and ensure governance and performance.
• Create reliable data integrations from external and internal sources.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and user handover materials.
• Train users and troubleshoot reporting issues; deliver on recurring deadlines.
