Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, BI, statistics, CS, information systems, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or related role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong data analysis, visualization, and KPI development skills.
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, validation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems.
- Translate business requirements into data analysis and BI solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Design and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and quality checks.
- Combine data from multiple sources to create analytical datasets.
- Analyze business performance and identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for users and management.
- Automate manual reporting and data processes where possible.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements.
- Improve data pipelines, models, and data availability with IT teams.
- Maintain data definitions, rules, and reporting documentation.
