Job summary

Signature Performance seeks a Data Analyst to translate business questions into clear analytics. You will design and publish Power BI dashboards, analyze data from multiple sources, and support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years in data analytics or BI with delivery focus.
Experience consolidating data from multiple sources for leadership decisions.
Strong Power BI experience: data models, DAX, performance, access.
Strong SQL: queries, joins, summarization, validation.
Ability to translate business questions into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions for decision-making.
Query, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL.
Maintain and improve dashboards, datasets, and analytics assets for changing needs.
Troubleshoot refresh issues and data quality problems with IT teams.
Create documentation for reports, data sources, and business rules.
Collaborate with analytics, business, and technology teams to refine products.
