Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Data & Analytics Engineer to build enterprise data components and dashboards that power product development across teams. You will collaborate across Data Platforms, Data Architecture, and Data Science to scale analytics, pipelines, and reporting on cloud platforms like Azure.

This remote US-based role emphasizes ETL, data modeling, and BI expertise. The ideal candidate has experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI, plus strong SQL and Python/Scala coding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in Data & Analytics.
• Strong experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.
• Proficient in Power BI and BI tooling.
• Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with Python or Scala in data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build new Data and Analytics products to support Foot Locker business initiatives.
• Grow the Data Catalog by ingesting diverse data sources.
• Support assigned PODs in Data & Analytics engineering with agile teams.
• Define data standards to enable efficient decision making.
• Design, engineer, and implement ETL solutions and fix issues.
• Design Power BI datasets and dashboards with complex DAX.
• Participate in peer reviews and document processes.
• Evolve data models and schemas as data sources grow.
• Support ML model training and deployment for data scientists.
