Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics Engineer to build enterprise data components and BI dashboards, collaborating across data platforms and product teams to push Foot Locker to the next level.

The role focuses on ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and Power BI reporting, with a cloud-based stack including Azure, Databricks, Kafka, and Snowflake. Remote work is available across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a Data & Analytics function.
• Strong knowledge and experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build new Data and Analytics products to support Foot Locker business initiatives.
• Grow the Data Catalog by ingesting various internal and third-party sources.
• Support assigned PODs in Data & Analytics engineering within Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Define data standards to enable efficient decision making.
• Design, engineer and implement ETL solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Design Power BI datasets and dashboards, including complex DAX functions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation around processes and decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to evolve data models and schemas.
• Support Data Scientists by enhancing models for scalability.
