Job summary

Immersive Labs in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate Data Analyst for a 12 Month FTC, remote from the UK. You will support the Finance team by delivering accurate data, insights, and reporting to enable informed decision-making during a growth phase.

You will work on designing robust data analysis systems, govern data quality, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive performance. A detail-oriented, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with DBT and Snowflake preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce welcome.
• Ability to interpret large data and produce concise reports.
• Strong communication to translate data for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor robust systems for business analysis and data recording across departments.
• Provide analytical support to GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to meet targets.
• Enforce data governance standards to maintain data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations.
