Qualifications

• Familiarity with A/B testing to improve outcomes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Foundation in statistical modeling (regression, segmentation).

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define test questions and strategies.
• Deliver clear, actionable test results for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and goals.
• Contribute to test design discussions and best practices.
• Prioritize multiple projects based on impact to business and customers.
• Coordinate data feeds and validate data with IT and analytics teams.
