Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Test & Learn team in Dublin, CA. This remote-friendly role partners with business stakeholders to design experiments, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will leverage strong SQL and statistical modeling skills to inform projects, coordinate with IT for data feeds, and present findings to senior leadership as part of enterprise analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience with leadership in data-driven projects.
• Proficiency with Mastercard's Test & Learn tool (APT) for test analysis and decision-making.
• Familiarity with A/B testing to improve outcomes.
• Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to design tests and drive business results.
• Present test results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and goals.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize by business impact.
• Coordinate with IT to set up data feeds and validate data quality.
• Share learnings across Analytics to align methodologies.
