Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of data analysis, reporting, or information management.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills to retrieve, validate, and analyze data for business decisions.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication, handling sensitive information responsibly.
• Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, Power Query, Power Automate, Python, or Databricks for data workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize data requests through ServiceNow, clarifying requirements and timelines.
• Write, execute, and maintain SQL queries across multiple databases to deliver data solutions.
• Validate and analyze data extracts for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners, data owners, and technology teams to resolve data questions and access needs.
• Create and maintain documentation, including requirements, query logic, status updates, and delivery records.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline recurring requests via Power BI dashboards and scalable processes.
