Genworth | CareScout is seeking a Data Analyst to support business teams with timely, accurate data access. You will manage requests in ServiceNow, translate needs into clear data requirements, and retrieve information from multiple databases.

You will develop reusable queries, automate processes, and contribute to Operations Analytics initiatives that improve visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, CS, Economics, Math or related field with 2+ years in data analysis or reporting.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills to retrieve, validate, analyze, and prepare data to support decisions.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and communicate findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Manage data requests via ServiceNow, clarify requirements, timelines, outputs.
• Write, execute, and maintain SQL queries across databases for accurate data solutions.
• Validate data extracts for accuracy and completeness against standards.
• Collaborate with business, data, and tech teams to resolve data questions and access needs.
• Document requirements, query logic, status, and delivery records.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring requests via dashboards and automated processes.
