Allied Benefit Systems is seeking an IT Data Analyst for a fully remote role. This position supports multiple projects and initiatives, champions process improvements, and develops KPI reporting in collaboration with department managers.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of data or business analysis experience, strong SQL (SQL Server), and proficiency with MS Office and VBA (Access). Remote work is supported, with a salary range of $95,000–$100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-3 years related experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst required.
• SQL Server and report writing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and procedures providing feedback and recommendations on process improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders on process improvement and reporting opportunities.
• Own development, maintenance, and generation of KPI reporting in collaboration with department managers.
