Job summary

ICF is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with clients across the continental U.S. to define reporting needs and develop data analytic solutions. You will ensure data integrity, guide best practices, and support end-to-end business processes with a team of analysts and developers.

You will work with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and JIRA to deliver scalable reporting and insights while navigating client requirements and potential travel for scoping and training activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role with Excel.
• Experience with data visualization using Power BI.
• Define, document, and lead implementation of business processes and software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand, define and expedite client requirements across multiple teams.
• Document findings and present insights in team meetings.
• Support client reporting efforts at scale.
• Travel may be required for scoping; local deployments/trainings and client presentations.
