Job summary

You will build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools, analyze learning and workforce data, and translate requirements into actionable analytics for program managers and executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI platforms.

• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for program managers, executives, and stakeholders.
• Validate and monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and scorecards to support organizational objectives.
