Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or coursework in statistics or software development.
• Direct experience with item/test analysis or large-scale data analysis coursework.
• Experience with SAS or Python for statistical analysis, or programming in C#, R, or Java.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and handling varied data files/storage structures.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from psychometric leads and follow departmental best practices.
• Conduct analyses using exploratory techniques and statistics under supervision.
• Debug and execute existing analysis tools; apply software development discipline.
• Work with diverse data structures and prepare data for internal use.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and tech staff to meet contracts.
• Demonstrate openness to AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Meet schedules; operate independently, with potential travel up to 5%.
