Qualifications

• Current junior pursuing a degree in Data Analytics or related field.
• Coursework or project experience involving data analysis, statistics, or research methods.
• Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Excel functions: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and joining relational data.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and visualizations.
• Comfort with large or complex datasets and data validation techniques.
• Understanding of data structures and data flow between systems.
• Ability to translate raw data into clear summaries and visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to spot trends/outliers and flag data quality issues.
• Interest in performance metrics and program reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
