Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating teamwork across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and collaborative efforts to support operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, misalignments, or areas of inefficiency within and between teams, and propose actionable solutions.
• Leverage technology and fresh perspectives to recommend strategies for improving processes and fostering collaboration.
• Gain exposure to diverse teams and operations to discover specific strengths and interests, contributing to both personal growth and organizational success.
• Participate in meetings to observe, understand, and learn team functions, fostering collaboration across various sectors of the business to ensure alignment and shared goals.
