Job summary

CAI is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support data analytics, cleansing, dashboard reporting, and data quality review. This remote, full-time internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week.

Interns must be a current junior in a related field, with strong Excel/SQL skills and experience in Power BI or Tableau. Work within the United States and during core hours EST is required.

Qualifications

• Current junior pursuing a degree in data analytics, statistics, health informatics, economics, or related field.
• Coursework or project experience in data analysis, statistics, or research methods.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Knowledge of Excel functions (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data cleaning.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying relational data.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into clear summaries for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support data quality reviews for health and human services programs.
• Create and communicate data insights to stakeholders.
