Job summary

CAI is hiring a Data Analyst Intern to support data analytics, data cleansing, dashboard reporting, and program quality review. This full-time internship will be remote and run for a 9-week period, requiring 40 hours per week during core business hours.

You will gain hands-on experience turning data into meaningful insights while collaborating across health and human services program areas. Strong Excel/SQL skills and dashboard familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree related to data analytics or health informatics.
• Coursework or project experience in data analysis, statistics or research methods.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred.
• Proficient with Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL, Pivot tables and data cleaning is a plus.
• Familiarity with dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics, data cleansing, and dashboard reporting.
• Assist with data and program quality review.
• Translate data into clear summaries and visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams on health and human services program areas.
• Participate in presentations and public speaking opportunities.
