Job summary

CAI is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support data analytics, cleansing, dashboard reporting, and quality review. This full‑time internship is remote with a June 7, 2027 to August 6, 2027 duration. Working 40 hours per week during core hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) within the United States.

You will gain hands-on experience turning data into insights across health and human services programs, collaborating with peers, and presenting analyses to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in data analytics, statistics, health informatics, economics, or related field.
• Coursework or projects in data analysis, statistics, or research methods.
• 3.5 GPA or higher (current junior).
• Proficient with office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Excel functions (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data cleaning.
• Familiarity with SQL querying (SELECT, filters, aggregates).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards/visualizations.
