Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with success in quantitative courses or software programming/development courses.
• Familiarity with psychometric principles and theory.
• Familiarity with data structures; experience with SAS or Python preferred; or programming languages such as C#, R, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Takes direction from psychometric leads and follows best practices.
• Conduits analyses using exploratory techniques like data mining, summarization, and statistics.
• Executes and debugs existing analysis tools per specifications.
• Works with varied data structures and moderately complex files.
• Evaluates data suitability for analyses and outcomes for usability.
• Prepares, formats, and manages data for internal groups; collaborates with SME and tech staff.
• Demonstrates openness to AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and innovation.
• Meets schedules while working independently, including in high-pressure situations.
• May travel up to 5% and travel is planned in advance.
