Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Data Analyst, Clinical Data Effectiveness to own end-to-end clinical data quality and effectiveness within Counterpart Health, a Clover Health subsidiary. The role focuses on identifying data gaps, mapping data across sources, and guiding vendor and integration strategy to ensure reliable clinical evidence across markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience, with direct exposure to healthcare data interoperability.
• Strong hands-on experience with healthcare data standards: HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and monitor which healthcare facilities consistently generate high-quality, usable clinical documents to quantify data gaps.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses by mapping facility-specific data across disparate sources to uncover patterns of missingness and latency.
• Establish and maintain reporting on ADT coverage across geography, organization, and EMR systems.
• Recommend and guide technical configurations for data vendors and data integration technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Clinical teams to validate data quality and utility.
