Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a data analytics-related role.
• Strong experience analyzing and visualizing large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively monitor retailer performance across key fulfillment quality dimensions, developing dashboards and processes.
• Analyze fluctuations, anomalies, and outliers to identify root causes and recommend actions.
• Work with large datasets to design and execute analytical plans that reduce fulfillment quality issues.
• Support analytics requests, ad hoc analyses, launch impact assessments, and escalations.
• Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to turn data-driven recommendations into scalable improvements.
• Establish proactive monitoring to address emerging quality issues.
