Job summary

Virta Health is seeking a Commercial Analytics professional to measure and communicate client value, partner with Client Success and Product teams, and build scalable analytics workflows. You will own recurring analyses, dashboards, and reporting to strengthen client relationships and inform strategy.

This remote-first role collaborates across Analytics, Commercial, Finance, and Product, with a focus on automation, data quality, and repeatable processes to scale as Virta grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, analytics, or data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills to explore data, validate metrics, and support rigorous, audit-ready outputs.
• Ability to define metrics clearly and ensure consistency through documentation and governance.
• Systems-oriented mindset with a track record of improving or automating repeatable processes.
• Strong communication skills, with experience translating complex data into clear insights for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Commercial Analytics: Execute recurring analyses across client reporting, dashboards, and performance guarantees.
• Measure Client Value: Understand Virta’s value model and apply it to calculate and communicate client outcomes.
