You will collaborate with Client Success and product teams to translate complex questions into clear analytics, and you will strengthen metrics, data quality, and repeatable workflows using automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses across client reporting, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Measure client value by applying Virta’s value model and communicating outcomes.
• Turn data into strategy with dashboards that surface trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Client Success and cross-functional partners to translate questions into analyses.
• Build for scale by improving data quality, definitions, and repeatable workflows with automation.
