Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Director to lead strategic data, AI, and technology transformation initiatives for major CPG and Retail clients. You will manage and grow complex portfolios, advise C-suite stakeholders, and shape high-value solutions across commercial, supply chain, and enterprise data modernization priorities.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation, with hands-on fluency in Databricks and Snowflake and working knowledge of cloud:

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large data/analytics programs for CPG/Retail.
• 12+ years in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms and cloud services.
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to shape high-value AI/data modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships across large CPG and Retail client portfolios, advising CDOs/CMOs/CIOs and other execs.
• Develop data, analytics, AI, and modernization strategies tied to measurable outcomes (revenue, forecast accuracy, personalization).
• Shape and lead solutions across RGM, TPM, pricing, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
• Lead technical solutioning for pursuits, value cases, architecture, and RFPs.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and alliance teams (Databricks, Snowflake, hyperscalers) to advance opportunities.
• Develop thought leadership, client POVs, and market narratives around data/AI modernization.
