Job summary

CAI is seeking a Data & AI Solution Architect to design enterprise data models, semantic architectures, and conversational AI solutions that enable trusted analytics and scalable data products across the organization. This full‑time remote role focuses on Databricks platforms and modern data engineering standards.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in enterprise architecture, strong Databricks/DBT experience, and a deep understanding of data product design.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or modern cloud data platforms.
Strong experience with Databricks, DBT, Unity Catalog, SQL, and Python.
Deep understanding of dimensional modelling, semantic modelling, Medallion Architecture, and data product design.
Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
Ability to guide delivery teams in adopting enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities

Create enterprise data models and semantic architectures to support trusted analytics.
Design solution architectures for modern data and AI platforms on Databricks.
Define and promote enterprise standards for data products and data engineering.
Create reusable architecture patterns and reference designs for HUB & SPOKE teams.
Design semantic models and architecture patterns enabling trusted analytics and Databricks Genie.
Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and coaching to align with standards.
