Job summary

SHI International Corp. recruits a Principal Architect who works across data engineering, data visualization, governance and AI to orchestrate delivery on large, multi-disciplinary engagements.

You will lead capability leads, set standards, and drive practice maturation while remaining billable when depth is required. This senior role demands strong executive communication and hands-on Microsoft data/AI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise data or AI solutions.
• Expert depth in one discipline: data engineering, visualization, or governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-discipline delivery at scale.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery approach on large multi-disciplinary engagements.
• Coordinate capability leads to a coherent delivery plan with standards.
• Own delivery architecture and de-risk execution across disciplines.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks early across workstreams.
• Coach architects and consultants, promoting best practices.
