Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Principal Architect to lead cross‑practice delivery across data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI on large engagements.

You will set delivery standards, drive accelerators, and mentor capability leads while guiding multi‑discipline teams toward consistent, high‑quality outcomes. In this player‑coach role, you’ll shape the practice maturation agenda, manage risk, and ensure alignment with presales, PMO, and client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise data or AI solutions.
• Expert-level depth in one data domain with working proficiency in others.
• Experience taking a practice from assessment to standard.
• Leadership of multi-discipline delivery on large engagements.
• Hands-on delivery with AI to transform teams.
• Experience with Microsoft data/AI ecosystem.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence through influence, not authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on multi-disciplinary engagements across data engineering, visualization, governance, and AI.
• Orchestrate unified solution approach across capability leads.
• Own delivery approach, staffing, sequencing, and risk management.
• Identify risk early and intervene to maintain coherence.
• Coach architects and consultants; influence senior stakeholders.
