Job summary

Registry Partners is seeking a CHNC Data Coordinator/Data Abstractor II (DAII) to support remote abstracting and registry operations. This role follows RP project documents and quality policies to meet objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of CHNC abstraction experience, understands registry software and EMR systems, and communicates clearly while maintaining attention to detail. This is a part-time, remote position within the 50 states or DC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year current CHNC abstraction experience.
• Proficient in registry related manuals, industry related registry software systems, and electronic medical record applications.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Abstracting and registry operations.
• Completion of timesheet and case log per company standard.
• Provide timely responses to questions and/or concerns.
• Follows all RP internal corporate policies and procedures as well as client specific policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
