Job summary

Ntara is a leading PXM consultancy delivering DAM, PIM, and ecommerce strategy solutions to manufacturers and brands across the United States. The DAM Solutions Engineer role is 100% remote and focused on delivering high-impact DAM implementations and integrations for diverse clients.

You will combine deep DAM expertise with consulting skills to scope, design, and enable platform strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• DAM Bronze Certificate or similar certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of DAM experience in consulting, in-house, or agency capacity.
• Proven ability to consult with clients and solve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and technical consultant for client implementations, asset lifecycle design, asset migrations, and systems integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions with marketing, creative, and IT stakeholders to assess asset workflows, taxonomy, metadata, and business objectives.
• Guide clients in evaluating and selecting appropriate DAM platforms based on business requirements and future scalability.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to technical scopes, solution design, and platform evaluations.
• Gather requirements for integrations between DAM and connected platforms (e.g., PIM, CMS, ecommerce, and creative workflow tools).
• Collaborate with DAM Specialist team members to ensure accurate configuration and deployment of DAM systems.
