Job summary

GrowthAssistant seeks a Creative Asset Management Specialist to stand up and run a high-volume digital asset library for a large digital-first personal finance company. You will shape taxonomy, metadata standards, permissions, and workflows relied on by ~80 stakeholders and 20–50 active projects.

The role sits between creative and technical teams, owning tagging conventions, versioning, and library hygiene, and documenting processes as the system scales for a fully remote, globally distributed

Qualifications

• Hands-on DAM experience in a DAM platform and understanding of how systems are structured.
• Experience managing metadata, taxonomy, tagging, categorization, and access control.
• Experience supporting setup, migration, or expansion of a digital asset library.
• Understanding of creative assets/workflows, file types, versions, and deliverables; familiarity with Figma and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• DAM Buildout & Administration: Support buildout and ongoing administration of the DAM environment for a high-volume library.
• Taxonomy & Metadata: Establish and maintain asset taxonomy, metadata, tagging, naming conventions, and categories.
• Asset Ingestion: Upload, categorize, map, and maintain assets so content is searchable and organized.
• Permissions & Access: Configure and maintain asset permissions and usage rules across teams.
• Creative Partnership: Collaborate with designers and tech stakeholders to translate needs into the DAM structure.
• Versioning & Library Hygiene: Ensure asset versioning and hygiene, managing outdated or miscategorized assets.
• Process Documentation: Document DAM processes as the library and workflows are built out.
• Downstream Ecosystem: Ensure assets and metadata align for downstream creative tech workflows.
