Crowe Advisory LLC is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and value realization. You will partner with clients already live on D365 Finance, closing gaps between capabilities and actual outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomy, practice leadership, and delivering measurable ROI within a remote-first consulting environment with periodic on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of hands-on D365 Finance experience including live production environments.
• Strong functional expertise across core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Reporting).
• Excellent communication with C-suite and directors; capable of leading engagements with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Finance environments to identify under-used features and gaps; build a prioritized roadmap.
• Advise finance and operations leaders on maximizing value from existing D365 investment.
• Lead enhancements, optimization, data integrity remediations, and user experience improvements to drive ROI.
• Own the enhancement backlog; triage requests, scope and sequence the roadmap, guide delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and Copilot-driven automation to back-office processes.
