Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC seeks a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to support the implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations on a 12-month temporary basis. Remote or hybrid work options are available for candidates near our Jacksonville, FL office.

You will gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, write user stories, assist with UAT, and collaborate with the project team to configure Dynamics 365, integrate third‑party apps,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent.
4+ years of Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Project Operations experience.
Strong requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling and documentation.
Experience with Power BI/Power Platform and DevOps.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 modules.
Lead testing, data migrations, and user acceptance testing.
Create training materials and provide end-user support.
