Job summary
City Facilities Management (US) LLC is seeking a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to support the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations. The role covers requirements elicitation, design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment across a 12‑month engagement.
The position offers fully remote or hybrid work options for candidates near the Jacksonville, FL area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or D365 certifications with 4+ years of experience.
- 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Project Operations experience with consulting background.
- Strong understanding of software implementation life cycle and project management.
- Experience with requirements analysis, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
- Identify stakeholders and establish user classes and characteristics.
- Gather user requirements via workshops, interviews, surveys, and other methods.
- Prioritize collected requirements with stakeholders and project team.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service / Project Operations and related CRM components.
- Create Functional Requirements Documents, User Stories and Test Scenarios.
- Perform data migration, testing, and end-user training.
