Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or D365 certifications.
- 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Project Operations experience.
- Strong understanding of software implementation life cycle, project management, and change management.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, and verification.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Plan project scope with sponsors and identify stakeholders.
- Gather user requirements via workshops, interviews and documents.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service/Project Operations.
- Perform data migration, testing, and end-user training.
- Create functional design documents and user stories; support deployments.
