Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC seeks a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst for a 12‑month temporary role to support deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations. Work location is fully remote or hybrid near Jacksonville, FL.

The role includes requirements elicitation, process design, data migration, testing, training, and hands-on configuration of D365 and integrations, with documentation and QA to ensure a successful rollout.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or D365 certifications with 4 years’ experience.
4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Project Operations experience with a base understanding of the entity and Object Model with a consulting background.
Strong understanding of software implementation life cycle, project management, business process management, requirements definition, quality management, and change management.
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user‑friendly language.
Exceptional analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to systems issues and products as required.
Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Power Platform

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
Identify project stakeholders and establish user classes and characteristics.
Interview stakeholders to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, and use cases.
Prioritize collected requirements with project team.
Own incidents and provide support for end users in a technical capacity.
Provide feedback to the product team for improvements.
Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service and PO and key third‑party products.
Document Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Test Scenarios.
Create training materials and end-user references.
Perform gap analysis between requirements and proposed solutions.
Coordinate testing and user acceptance processes.
Support project schedules and recommend actions to meet deadlines.
Perform end user training in various formats (one-on-one, webinar, classroom).
