MCA Connect is seeking a Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant for Manufacturing to lead ERP engagements, including implementation, upgrades, and extensions. The role involves hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules, close collaboration with clients, and driving operational improvements. Up to 50% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 Manufacturing experience or equivalent industry work.
• Minimum of 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 implementations.
• MB-330 certification, or certification within first 90 days of employment.
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Produce Functional Design Documents for extensions.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Act as Production lead on projects to deliver practical business solutions.
• Lead modeling and process area showcase sessions.
• Coach or mentor junior consultants to ensure project success
