Job summary

MCA Connect is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 SCM consultant to implement and support D365 SCM modules for manufacturing and distribution clients. You will translate warehouse processes into functional designs, configure the system, and lead data migration, testing, and training efforts.

The role demands strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support client engagements. A MB-330 certification or plan to obtain within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Dynamics 365 (AX) SCM experience or equivalent.
• 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations.
• Experience configuring Unified Pricing and Order Management in D365 F&O.
• MB-330 certification or plan to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Strong customer relationship skills and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of D365 SCM modules (procurement, sales, inventory).
• Discuss warehouse processes; capture detailed business requirements.
• Design functional specs for warehouse operations in D365 SCM.
• Configure warehouse module: locations, wave, directives, mobile devices.
• Plan data migration and validate with tests; develop test cases.
• Provide training on warehouse functionality and system navigation.
• Assist clients with go-live, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients to map requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Produce functional design documentation for extensions.
• Communicate effectively across all levels and teams.
• Lead supply chain showcases and mentor junior consultants.
